Although the distillery itself is not open to the public the Thompson Bros of Dornoch Distillery have their Bottle Shop HQ where you can find a selection of independently bottled liquid gold – as well as some other goodies. If you’d rather just taste the ‘Water of Life’ then head to the Carnegie Whisky Cellars where you can book on for a tasting. If whisky isn’t your tipple, they also have gin tastings too.
