Livestock, equestrian events, dogs, handicrafts, flower shows, fairground and trade/craft fair, meals available in catering marquee. Main ring entertainment includes: Sheep, Dog and Duck Shows, Sheep Shearing, Terrier Racing, Tug 'o' War, Pipe Band and Young Farmers' "It's a Knockout" competition.

The Cathedral dates back to 1224. Visitors are welcome to look round - a guide book is available for purchase inside.

The regular Sunday service is at 11am, and holiday makers are made most welcome.
