The house was completely refurbished in 2001, to a high standard. There are five bedrooms - 2 doubles, 1 twin and 2 singles. The kitchen has oil fired & electric cookers and is newly equipped with every gadget. There is a breakfast table for six in the kitchen. The large sitting room/dining room is fitted with Sky TV and has marvellous views over the Firth.

There are two bathrooms, one with a large Power Shower. The Utility Room contains washing machine and ironing table. Earl's Cross has oil fired central heating. The rent ranges from £375 to £550 per week which includes linen. (Pets restricted to one small dog).
